I have rented a Q2 but they gave a Cupra. I had insurance from booking they canceled it and made me purchase 30% more expensive in return. Told me it is not necessary checking the car. But apperantly it was a scratch on it I realize after I return. They have charged me 75£ 10 days after my return. And told you purchased an additional protection! Everything was a total scam. Go to somewhere else but not to London Lane Sixt!!!!
Friendly staff, always happy to help and give upgrades when available. Very efficient and never keep you long before the car is ready.

.He was beyond helpful with all my issues. He made my experience with Sixt fabulous.
I am extremely disappointed with SIXT’s handling of my case.
For more than two weeks, SIXT has been unable to remove an incorrectly charged traffic fine from my account, even though I already provided official documents from Transport for London confirming that the fine was cancelled.
Despite this, SIXT continues sending me messages about the invoice and has threatened to involve debt collectors and permanently block me from using their service. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the fine was cancelled and the evidence has already been sent to them.
There is also no proper phone number to contact a real person, which makes resolving the issue even more frustrating. I keep receiving automated replies saying they need more time, but no actual solution is provided.
I expect SIXT to cancel the invoice immediately, stop any collection threats, and confirm in writing that my account will not be affected. This level of customer service is unacceptable for an international rental company.

We had an excellent experience with SIXT at Park Lane Hyde Park London. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish.
A special thank you to the staff member who helped us — they were extremely helpful and went the extra mile, especially since this was a last-minute booking. They made sure we got the best available cars and handled everything efficiently.
The cars themselves were in great condition and very comfortable to drive. During our trip, we unfortunately had a tyre issue and experienced a breakdown situation, but the SIXT team responded quickly and arranged a replacement car without hassle, which we really appreciated.
Finally, returning the car was incredibly smooth and straightforward.
Overall, outstanding customer service, excellent support, and a very positive rental experience. Highly recommended!
