  Hired a car for the a first time in the Uk. My experience was great with company, the gentleman in the reception was very helpful, answered all my questions clearly. Got a free car upgrade. Totally recommend for car rentals in London.

  Very disappointing experience with Sixt Park Lane. I was refused a car rental simply because I am Ukrainian. I consider this discriminatory and unacceptable in the UK. I contacted Sixt customer support, but unfortunately received no meaningful response or explanation. I have rented from Sixt in other countries many times without any problems, so I was extremely disappointed by this experience in London. I would recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car instead — they treated me professionally and everything was handled according to UK standards!

  Fantastic experience with Sixt London Park Lane. We were upgraded from a Skoda to a brand-new Audi Q3 with only 27 miles on the clock. The whole process was quick, seamless and completely hassle-free, with no delays or issues at all. Excellent service, great car and exactly how a premium rental experience should be. Would definitely rent here again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing experience with SIXT at London Park Lane. The 24-hour pickup and drop-off service is incredibly convenient and was one of the main reasons I chose this location. I rented from them on two different days and the experience was excellent both times. The customer service representatives were extremely friendly and helpful, and the cars were almost brand new and in fantastic condition. I had booked different categories but received complimentary upgrades both times — a Jeep Compass on one rental and a Mercedes CLA on the other. Both cars were excellent. The combination of great cars, friendly service and genuinely convenient 24-hour pickup/return makes this one of the best car rental experiences I've had. Would definitely rent from SIXT Park Lane again whenever I'm in London. Highly recommended!
