  Excellent Service I had an excellent experience with SIXT, thanks to Ismail. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire rental process. He made everything easy and straightforward, and his customer service was outstanding. Ismail went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of. He is a great representative of SIXT, and I would definitely recommend asking for him when renting a car. Thank you, Ismail, for the excellent service!

  Servizio impeccabile. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito al banco è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni che ci servivano. L'auto era in perfette condizioni. Abbiamo riconsegnato l'auto in anticipo rispetto all'orario prestabilito ma il ragazzo al parcheggio per la riconsegna era già disponibile ed è stato molto gentile.

  Exceptional service from Sixt — my absolute hero saved the day! ​I had a fantastic experience renting a car with Sixt. Staying at the Novotel London West made the collection and drop-off process remarkably convenient and seamless. The vehicle was also in immaculate condition. ​What impressed me most, however, was the outstanding honesty and helpfulness of the staff. Upon returning the car, I mistakenly left my company phone inside. Realising my mistake before business hours, I left a note on the car and headed back down. To my relief, the male staff member checking the vehicles spotted my note and immediately returned the phone to me. ​Losing a company phone would have caused enormous trouble for me, so his quick thinking and kindness literally saved the day. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude that I sadly forgot to ask for his name, but he was a absolute hero to me! ​Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I cannot recommend Sixt highly enough!

  I have been a loyal Sixt customer for more than 10 years. Throughout all my previous rentals, everything has always been well organized, and my vehicle has consistently been ready for pickup. However, during my most recent visit to this particular branch, the vehicle was not ready at the scheduled pickup time, which is not the level of service I have come to expect from Sixt. Despite this, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ismail for his outstanding professionalism. He handled the situation exceptionally well, made every effort to find a suitable solution, and ensured that the issue was resolved in the best possible way. His dedication, professionalism, and excellent customer service turned a disappointing experience into a positive one. Mr. Ismail truly deserves recognition and appreciation for his exceptional service. Thank you, Ismail, and thank you, Sixt, for having employees of such high caliber. Thanks Mr.Ismail 🌺🙏
