We (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at the Holborn Premier Inn for two nights this weekend in a family room. The room was as you expect with a Premier Inn usually - clean, tidy, plenty of room, and really comfortable beds - much needed after many steps around London!
The breakfast and one evening meal we had there were also great, not too crowded so we could just turn up without booking on a bank holiday weekend, which was great when we didn’t want to plan too far ahead.
I’ve stayed at other Premier Inns in London and I’d say this was perfect for Location, half way between Euston and Leicester Square. We were seeing a couple of shows over the weekend and didn’t need tubes, just walked everywhere - and with two 6 years olds, that shows how close things really are!
What really made the hotel stand out though, was the staff! Jabed seemed to be there every time we needed to do anything and I’ve never come across a more lovely hospitality staff member before. He genuinely couldn’t do enough for us and was brilliant with the children. My son took a real shine to him and he’s is usually quite shy. Gurdy was also a lovely welcoming face on day one and was not only helpful, but promoting donations to Great Ormond Street Hospital (not in a pushy way), which was lovely.
100% we’ll be staying again, thank you!

We had stayed in Premier Inn for a week and all I can say it’s been perfect and exceeded our expectations! I can strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in, especially families with kids.
The staff were the kindest I had met, taking care of all our needs and going above and beyond, especially Jabed and Farzana who helped us with everything throughout our stay.
The room was clean and comfortable, the mattress was so good I had a very refreshing sleep each night. If you must have a fridge, book the premier plus rooms. One drawer and storage unit was somewhat limiting for a family, but nothing drastic.
We took the meal deal which included breakfast and dinner. Breakfast consists of Full English plus yoghurts, granola, cereal, juices, coffee and freshly baked croissants. The dinner service is very generous for adults and kids and priced very good - a kid gets free meal for a paying adult. The dinner service was sluggish at times because we were a rather large group.
The location was also very convenient - bus stations are a minute away and Holborn tube within 5 minutes of walk. The theaters, Covent Garden, Chinatown, Piccadilly are all within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at the London Holborn Hotel. The hotel has everything a family with kids could possibly ask for: comfortable, welcoming, well located, family rooms, fantastic breakfast, and it was reasonably priced. We’d absolutely stay here again.
A special mention though has to go to Farzana. All of the staff we interacted with were lovely, but most of our interactions were with her, and she really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She seemed to be everywhere at once, juggling a million things while somehow keeping her eye on everything, staying patient, and always having a smile on her face. Her warmth and attention to detail genuinely stood out.
So all in all great hotel, great staff, and secial shout-out fir Farzana. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here for convenience as we had an early appointment at Gt Ormond Street Hospital the next morning. After travelling down and arriving we checked in and had a rest before having dinner in the hotel restaurant. The staff were wonderful, Gurdy, Javid, the chef etc went over and above to make sure we had just what we wanted. The hotel room was clean and comfortable though the position of the TV was questionable. We then enjoyed breakfast the following morning, again the staff were lovely. All in all an enjoyable stay and we would definitely return. Gurdy is entertainment in itself, such a lovely lady. Well done Holborn, you deserve to keep the goat!!

We stayed here for a long weekend; the location is a short walk to Holborn tube station & about 15 mins from Chinatown and Covent Garden. It also has the Novelty Automation shop across the road (highly recommended!).
The welcome we received upon arrival at Reception was warm & we felt comfortable immediately. Our room was comfortable & we all slept well (we had a family room), the curtains were thick & kept the light out well and the air conditioning was easy to use.
We also had breakfast during our stay, we went down to the breakfast area and were greeted warmly by a very attentive lady, who ensured we were seated and the table was spotless.
There was a really great selection of breakfast items which catered for everyone's needs - my Husband enjoys a cooked breakfast and was really pleased with the quality of the items, he was especially impressed with the black pudding. I am a fan of a more continental breakfast, I ate granola topped greek yoghurt with berries and a croissant. Our Daughter is an extremely fussy eater and was worried she wouldn't find anything she'd like; but she happily tucked in to a bowl of coco pops & and orange.
There was a variety of baked goods such as toast, crumpets & pancakes that could be freshly toasted. Pain au chocolate, croissants & muffins, a variety of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts and the selection of cooked breakfast items was good according to my Husband.
There was also a great selection of drinks; including a coffee maker (I had a latte), teas (my Husband had an Earl Grey), various fruit juices (our Daughter had apple juice) & ice water.
