  I recently visited the showroom while in Westfield where I had a great experience. Giuseppe, took the time to show me around the vehicles and was extremely knowledgeable about the range. He answered all my questions confidently, explained the different models in detail, and shared some interesting information about the history and heritage of the Genesis brand. The whole experience was professional, friendly and informative. It’s clear that Giuseppe has a genuine passion for the brand.

  I came in with my friend just to have a little peek not expecting to stay long but we were greeted by Bikash who gave us such a good thorough explanation and description of the cars in an interesting way (that didn’t make us tired lol) hats off to him, made us feel very comfortable all throughout

  Yash, Ali and Osman, were really welcoming and honestly I couldn’t have asked any more from them and they made my whole experience 100 times better and I think they should get a raise, or promotion because they genuinely made me want to buy a Genunsis car, I hope to see them again .

  First the process of booking a test drive was seamlessly efficient. (BMW need to learn from Genesis). Welcomed warmly at the showroom and was ushered to the car by Sarah who was very understanding and answered 100s of questions on the 90 minute test drive. The GV70 electrified was impressively stable and felt more solid than the new GLC which I had tested the day before on the same route. The car is so well detailed. Thanks Sarah for being patient through all the questions. Your knowledge of the car and what it can do was very helpful. The GV70 has knocked the GLC electric to 2nd place in our priority.

  Went for a browse and came across Genesis Vehicles — I had no idea it was Hyundai’s luxury brand! Huge shoutout to Sarah, whose customer service was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to show me around the EGV70, and that gorgeous white interior completely won me over 😍 I’m planning on getting a new car at the end of the year, and thanks to Sarah, Genesis has definitely made the shortlist!
