  Giuseppe at Genesis Car Studio was brilliant. He took the time to walk me through the different models, explained the brand’s ethos, and even shared some really interesting history behind the vehicles. The Electrified GV70 especially caught my eye, and he answered every question with patience and genuine enthusiasm. The whole team made me feel welcome, but Giuseppe’s knowledge and friendly approach really stood out. I’m looking forward to coming back soon to book a test drive.

  Visited the Genesis studio recently with my family and was very impressed with the car and service that was provided. We were shown around the cars by Ali who was very polite. The cars themselves are also great!

  Beautiful flagship showroom situated in the heart of Westfield. Customer service was outstanding, all the staff very knowledgeable, friendly & professional learned some interesting things. Very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship both external & internal, matching & even surpassing well known European luxury automobiles. Loved the state of the art showroom, especially the door panel design deco. Only thing missing is excellent coffee to match its service & craftsmanship.

  We had a fantastic experience visiting the store at Westfield London. The staff member who helped us was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. He took the time to explain and showcase the products in great detail and answered all of our questions with genuine care and patience. We were extremely impressed with the level of customer service and how welcoming the whole experience was. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. A big thank you for making our visit such a great experience. We will definitely be coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
