Had my fiance visit this store during her visit to Westfield. The staff had told her what shade concealer she needed which was correct, however they still ended up putting a different shade in the bag. We tried to exchange this at a Charlotte tilbury in Glasgow as we were only visiting London, however they refused to exchange the product. Wouldn't shop here again, the customer service isn't worth the price you'd pay for the products.

I visited Charlotte Tilbury today and received outstanding service from Simone. She took the time to give me great advice and helped me choose the perfect shade for my skin tone. She really went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Simone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you for such excellent customer service!
Hello, I was served by Faiza or Frishta (Hijabi in Abaya) she did a makeup look on me Sunday for an event I had. Omg when I tell you the compliments I recieved at said event were insane. She did a phenominal job, and people are buying the products I am telling them she used. This is the power of booking a complimentary look, even though lts complimentary I went to an event with thousands of people for every person that buys those 30 mins are worth it. So thank you for excelling my look ♥️🫶🏻 Superb job, also shoutout to the lovely manager did not get her name, she gave some tips and tricks 😌🙏

Very disappoing experience and a waste of my time. I booked a free consultation via the website and when I arrived the staff seemed very confused sending me from one to the other until the last one finally told me that they are not providing this service because their lead artist left last month. Well, why is it available on the website then? Will def not be coming back
I visited Charlotte Tilbury Westfield store White City London,the first sales assistant wasn”t helpful to me she was focusing on-singing which one was in store rather than helping me her attitude was completely negative..most of the staff was chilling even the customers were there..the owner should take an action
I asked her pillow talk lipstick shade according to my skin tone but she was suggest me this this this shade and I was looking her face she was European and she said just pick and let me know I was disappointed.
