  Please avoid boots hearing. Supposed to pick up my husbands hearing aids but they rang to cancel on the same day. I phoned to rebook but couldnt get an appointment for another two weeks. Spoke to the complaints department who then told me that the impressions had been lost and we would need to have them done again. Got my money back the total cost would have been £1300.50 plus you have to speak to their rude staff in North Wales to do the booking

  Oh dear. Came for a hearing test and the audiologist was preoccupied, so we had to hang about, even though the place was deserted . You have to listen carefully not to be upsold too, after a slightly unconvincing test

  Google says it's open until 5pm today (Sunday). Rang and the audiologist is on holiday for 2 weeks. Need an urgent repair!
