  Alex is an absolute credit to Boots audiology department. He could not have done more to help my elderly Mum with her visits to check on hearing aids and annual review. He is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient highly highly recommend and he should get recognition from management for his first class customer service. We are very appreciative

  One hearing aid and the charging unit orignally purchased from Boots went in for repair on 04.07.25. I rang today (23.07.25) only to be told that they had been sent back to the Kingston Boots on 16.07.25. Allegedly someone rang both my mobile and landline without success. Nothing further was done. For this reason, and the fact my routine check-up was cancelled last March to make more room for new customers, I purchased another pair of hearing aids from another well known audiologists where the service was superb.
