I rented a car from Sixt at Heathrow Airport for just a few hours, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. The staff member who assisted me went above and beyond to make my day as smooth and stress-free as possible.
He did everything he could to help me save time, including making the return process as quick and convenient as possible. This took a significant amount of stress out of what was otherwise a very busy day, and I truly appreciated his effort and professionalism.
Outstanding customer service like this makes a real difference. I can highly recommend them and would happily rent from them again.

I had an excellent experience at the T5 car pickup, even though the original selection was not available, the Person at the counter was very helpful and gave me a much better car for the same price
Excellent : when I picked my sixt car up from London Heathrow the process was very smooth, fast and friendly. The team at the desk were lovely and went through everything thoroughly without any pressure to add options (that happens with other companies). The car was ready on time and we were given help loading it and a lesson in the quirks of this particular model. A genuinely impressive process.
Booked and paid via booking.com. Easy pick up at T5 and return (at T2 as arranged). I bought the SIXT insurance on the spot and signed for it at the pick up counter (they showed me the screen of a charge of £141.25 then directed me to sign on screen in a next page).
I received my rental agreement via email 2 days after pick up to find a surprise charge of premium location £77 not including VAT. There was no change in my pick up location so I’m both baffled and infuriated as to why this hadn’t been reflected anywhere else previously.
They’ve charged me, I’ve raised this issue on my invoice (4 days ago) but not heard a whisper from SIXT. Bunch of charlatans.
