I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted with the aftercare at Boots! My elderly mother bought hearing aids at a cost of £1000.600 which she couldn't afford. However, she now needs a service and clean, but apparently, Boots don't do home visits!!! They were quick enough to take her money!

Terrible service here, they couldn't even be bothered to look up my Mum's hearing aid so I could get her some earwax protection for it. The girls answer when I queried this was “I only do what I'm told” Luckily when I phoned their 0345 number I got someone who was as helpful as they were bad.
