  Appalling service , my father bought very expensive hearing aids in Bexleyheath eight months ago, being elderly he dropped one on the kitchen cushioned floor and it cracked' surley this should not happen.When we spoke to boots they said the cost to replace would be £120. I think this is a total con, they must be making a lot of money out of its customers.We were recommended to boots but I certainly will be telling everyone how dreadful you are, How much does it really cost to make a simple ear mould, there are no electronic or working parts in it.A manufacture typically charges £35.00 to make one, that's a great mark up for Boots. We have discovered that we can buy domes on amazon for £6 for 20, Well done amazon. I will be reporting Boots to the ombudsman. I await your response Boots Bexleyheath.

  Brilliant service from Adam @ Boots Bexleyheath Hearingcare. From initial consultation to final fitting and callibration of the hearing aids he has been patient, knowledgeable and understanding of what it means to discover you have lost some hearing ability and need assistance. Thank you!
