  Having hearing aids was my worst nightmare. I did not want to accept that I'm getting older and going deaf. The whole process, thanks to Sam Edwards, was really positive, supportive and safe. The whole team Isle of Wight team have been great, helping out when I had a problem. It could not have been better. Thank you

  On March 4th I had my first visit to the Audiologists at Boots Isle of Wight for hearing check..within the next two weeks , I found myself back in the real world , being able to hear everything that one should be able to hear. All thanks to Melissa Kelly ( Audiologists). Top professional ... Many Thanks again. R MCLEAN

  Having suffered complete bouts of hearing loss i am thankful to Melissa for explaining and indeed showing me what was happening in my ears to cause my problem.I have had awful experiences of late with the NHS and the local hospital so it was refreshing to meet such an enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional.I would highly recommend boots audiology dept to anyone now due to the level of service and care i have received,well done Boots and Melissa id a credit to you and you are lucky to have her.

  I have been under the care of Melissa Kelly for the last 61 days and I cannot praise her professional performance enough. She made the process very clear and the results are coming slowly in her attempts to cure 30 plus years of tinnitus. We are making progress. Nothing seems too much or insoluble. You are really lucky to have such a highly skilled practitioner in your employment. We have already recommended friends into her care.
