  Thank you so much for helping today with servicing and ensuring hearing aids were working really well after a previous appointment at another Boots Hearing Centre where the annual review had been unhelpful. Fantastic service where both the audiologist and receptionist were kind and helpful, solving the problem quickly, efficiently and restoring hearing aids to full working order, enabling us to be more independent in future. Great service.

  We went into the hearing store in Welwyn Garden City and were told that they could help in extending my wife’s hearing aid tube as it had been supplied cut too short. The counter assistant Rima was very courteous and did the task for my wife.
