  I visited the Boots hearing centre in Watford with my mother and was so impressed with Saif at the counter. He went out of his way to correct a mix up with my mother’s appointment and called back several times to ensure that we got the next earliest appointment by personally speaking to the audiologist to expedite the appointment. Thank you Saif

  I was checked by Tessie as I have been having problems with hearing in my left ear. Tessie was really helpful and after a series of tests confirmed I had severe hearing loss. She then produced a letter for a referral to my local ENT department. Because I had been to Boots a few years ago, Tessie had my records to compare how my hearing had deteriorated. An excellent experience all be it I dont know what is causing my deafness

  the Audiologist was a young woman, with a frosty manner, and without even checking properly my ears, decided “ she could not see anything as it was excessive wax” she offered to clear the wax and the charge was £68 or to go to my GP and after all was clear to come back to her…. If I went back to Boots I would specifically request a different Audiologist. A lot to learn about how to be sympathetic to people who are down about their hearing.

  Boots Hearing Care is exerlant the staff are so helpful, caring make you feel at ease this the second time I have been there I would certainly recommend them
