    Having spent three and a half thousand pounds on my Phonak hearing aids I would have expected better after care from Boots. My left hearing aid has ceased to work and I have to wait nearly two weeks before anyone can see me. I have only had them just over 18 months. Very disappointed, especially as I rely so heavily on them.

    Had my hearing test at Boots Hinckley,, The young lady "Riddhi", was so helpful , nothing was to much trouble, and her manner towards me was impeccable, ,, She is a credit to Boots.
