  Had never visited a makeup counter in the UK before to have a makeup service so I was a bit apprehensive, after usually visiting a regular makeup artist. I was immediately put at ease by the lovely Charlotte, who was very knowledgeable and at each stage made sure I was happy with the service. I received lovely skin prep followed by full makeup, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the end result. I left feeling confident and had so many lovely compliments throughout the day (having attended a wedding). I can tell that Charlotte is experienced and passionate about what she does and would not hesitate to return. Thank you Charlotte for a wonderful experience!

  Had a great experience recently here when I was going to a special event, I was so pleased with the finished result. Charlotte looked after me and she knew exactly what she was talking about! Great knowledge of the products, listened to my needs and super friendly too. Would definitely recommend and will be back, thank you!

  I left feeling like I was worthless and not worthy of there time! Have always used Charlotte Tibury products and never had a problem here before. Was time to get new makeup for a up coming wedding and really wanted help regarding Foundation due to getting older. Was told they was fully booked (For a week) for the make overs. But when i said what i needed help with and asked questions on different products. No help was given. Finally managed to get a appointment for 1 hour 30min but she was more worried that I couldn't spend £150 on products after. After going to a different makeup counter due to my daughter. A hour later they was still stood around talking to each other one on her phone doing social media. In future please do not judge people.

  I was on the hunt for make up to wear to my graduation as someone who doesn’t usually wear any. Liv was absolutely amazing! She took so much time explaining how to use all the products and showed me what they looked like on. I absolutely loved how it looked on the day, everything was easy to apply. I could not be more grateful :)
