    Claire at the Boots Lymington Branch is a credit to the company. She has been essential in helping my wife get the help she needs to aid her hearing loss, from the letter to her GP to the appointment afterwards and all of the tests required to assess the severity of her hearing loss. Claire has been professional and knowledgable, whilst showing a wealth of compassion and empathy. Thank you again for all of your help!
