  I am on holiday in Tewkesbury: my hearing aid needed a new tube fitted, I tried to fit the tubes provided by the NHS but to no avail, on the off chance I called into Boots hearing department to see if they could help, I am so glad I did. I was met by a very friendly female assistant who said she wouldspeak to the Audiologist when he was free. I waited 20 minutes, Warren the Audiologist had a look at my hearing aid, said the hook was broken at the end and he was not sure if he had one available, he did. Warren fixed my hearing aid with a new hook, tubing and battery at no cost just saying enjoy my holidays. Exceptional service from Warren. Warren you are a star, thank you, Lynne.

  Really disappointed in this branch but I took my seven-year-old daughter to purchase a new set of glasses. The Hill treated us stolen prescription paperwork of my daughters when I asked for it back insisted that I never gave it to them until I pointed it out on the table where they put it and still wouldn’t give me everything I gave to them Regardless my daughter needed a new prescription for a eyes I came in with a letter from the doctor paid to get new lenses with multiple glasses when I receive the glasses back after a few weeks wait gave my daughter for her to say to me dad these look no different Then I asked the lady behind the counter who I was speaking to. Is this the same lens that you’re taking out awkwardly the one of the nice ladies in there what was a young staff looked up and said yes the manager walked angry and tried to stop her from talking And then I spoke to the manager and said why would I pay to put the same lens in it wouldn’t make sense after waiting got tested they put the same lens in for my daughter than what she already add then I explained that you are not concerned about my daughter’s site. Just concerned about how much money you can get from me. I can’t speak for our boots stores but this one is not trustworthy not friendly. I’m not concerning after all of this, I had to go somewhere else to get the prescription my daughter needed in this branch with an extremely rude manager this I believe this branch needs new manager very dishonest and not concerning
