  Internet issues resulted in me being rushed through a 15 minute appointment. Then I was given the brochure which is really a selling ploy - - all in 10minutes so I cancelled my next appointment and will spend a few £0000 on someone who cares and wants to service my needs properly - but by not rushing me

  Purchased hearing aids for my wife and myself we both have found them to be extremely helpful and the service so far has been excellent anybody thinking of hearing aids would be advised to give them a call
