  I wasn’t impressed with my hearing test here. I felt like my free appointment was rushed. There was no care taken over my time in the shop. The audiologist used a tick box screen to ask me Questions. I was told I was deaf but just handed leaflets and told come back for another test. You are allowed to only trail hearing options for 10 mins on your next appointment outside the shop for you to decide when to buy? When considering 1000’s of pounds I would expect a better service. I will go somewhere else with better attention to detail when considering such a a huge purchase.

  Bought a new pair of hearing aids today really impressed with the great service and a very helpful audiologist Only grouse I have is whilst sitting in the hearing service room with the audiologist , there is a Frequent door banging going on with I presume staff from the specs dept downstairs coming up and down the stairs and allowing the door to swing shut causing the banging. Very annoying for customers trying to concentrate on the hearing tests I would suggest this need rectifying as a matter of urgency
