- SWSally WoodMay 28, 20261.0Wish I could give it 0. Turned up early, checked in and waited 20 minutes before having to ask someone what was going on. They disappeared for 10 minutes and came back with the news that no-one could find or get in contact with the audiologist. Ridiculous waste of time, petrol and parking money. Got a text 1hr and 15min after my appointment time to say sorry but they have had to cancel my appointment. Dreadful experience.

And if I've ever got a problem they will see me quickly and solve it. Fantastic service I'll be visiting again and again. Ps the staff are really great at st stephens in Hull
