  I had an amazing experience when I went to check my hearing. I had been concerned for a while that I had problems with my ears as I had multiple ear infections in the last couple of months. Emerick the staff member was very reassuring and explained everything during the procedure and after that offered me advice to protect my ears from noise specially when it comes to listening to loud music everyday. I highly recommend the service and I left satisfied and happy that at the end my hearing was normal and that it was my anxiety that made me think that I had signs of hearing loss.

  Emerick Valdez-Tan was a joy to have as our audiologist. He stayed behind after hours to see me as a walk-in. He explained everything in detail and even dismantled and cleaned my NHS hearing aids. I cannot recommend him too highly. Thank you Emerick! 😇

  I’m a traveller from the USA who was visiting Edinburgh during the first weeks of May. One day the tiny speaker element of my Phonak hearing aid device broke away from the main body. I found and visited Boots Hearingcare, and despite not having an appointment, the very kind specialist Emerick squeezed me in. He sat me down in his office and took the time to go through his supplies and find the exact replacement part. He was a joy to work with, and he had my hearing aid fixed in no time at all. The cost of the replacement part was minimal, and the service was superb. I thank Emerick, and I give highest recommendations to Boots Hearingcare. -Greg from USA

  I had a first class experience at Boots Princes Street with Craig. He explained the proceedures clearly and conducted the tests efficiently and professionally. I felt no pressure to purchase a highend model, and he described the features in a straightforward manner when I had made my choice. Both the initial interview and the subsequent follow ups left me with the impression of a caring and commited professional of whom Boots should feel proud.
