  Upon arrival met by Demi who took me straight into the photos of the eye. She was very efficient & explained the processes clearly and in a way I could understand. I then had my actual eye examinations with optician Bushra. Again she was very professional & despite doing these all day she took the time to explain certain aspects of the process with a good sense of humour to put me at ease. After this I spoke with Jonny who asked me about frames & explained my options fully. I did not purchase anything only because I wanted time to think about costs etc. This is the fifth year in a row we have attended boots opticians in Wimborne and are very happy with their service and will be going back next year.

  Sasha and Libby were very useful in finding me a really good set of glasses with no appointment, finding me a style that suited me perfectly, was very high quality and inexpensive price! Will definitely be back.
