  I booked an appointment online at noon today and had my free hearing test at 12.45. The audiologist testing me was friendly and professional and she was interested in why I had decided to have my hearing tested and what was important to me; it wasn’t just a box ticking exercise. The testing was thorough but comfortable and when it was finished she showed me a photos of my eardrums and gave me a straightforward explanation about my hearing loss in each ear and which speech sounds are most affected. I left with clear information about what to consider next and without the hard sell that can accompany hearing and eyesight assessments - and that was important to me as my priority today was to find out (health-wise) about my hearing. It is this sort of professional health care approach that I value from Boots.

  Paignton store once again has cancelled my 84 year old fathers urgent hearing test 3 times over a 3 month period, terrible service from a so called reputable company
