  After years of using another high street brand, we decided to give Boots opticians a try. Jemma the optician was friendly knowledgeable and patient. Jasmine the sales assistant was very friendly and advised on the various options available. Spectacles are not cheap, no matter where you go, but the experience matters. Since I'm not a style guru that was easy for me, similar style to what I'm wearing, (I've not changed the style in thirty years) so why change now ? We chose our respective frames and we're measured for lenses. Two weeks later return to pick up the new frames and the final fitting. A pleasant experience and one I would recommend trying. WELL DONE ALL.

  Experienced a problem with my one hearing aid. Able to secure same day appoinment. Problem identified and resolved efficiently. Good people to deal with.
