  If I could provide minus stars I would. My mum had to visit this place... (NHS wait list) She is 83. I checked the website, cheapest is £600. I unfortunately work away from home so a friend took my mum they witnessed a man trying to get her to spend extra money (the £800 would be better) get a loan from your son, get a loan from your bank!! Disgusting treatment for a pensioner my mum kept saying no. I called and advised about this and said that it wasn't acceptable.theyvsaid they would add a note to her account. This did not happen. My mum went to get the hearing aids they then tried to sell an 83 year old a mobile phone. Stay away at all cost
