  Daniella was wonderful, very friendly, helpful and informative, she took a real interest in my Dad George and our family. By the time he’d been sorted with his fantastic hearing aids we felt we’d gained a new family friend as well as better hearing! Thank you Daniella!

  Daniella was so kind & patient explaining everything to my elderly mum & then assisted mum in choosing not necessarily the most expensive but the aids that suited mum’s needs best. The hearing aids have enhanced my Mum’s life massively. Thank you Daniella

  Very professional & helpful service from Martin & then Daniela. Nothing has been too much trouble & Daniela has provided a really high standard of service, patience & care to my OH through his purchase & fitting of hearing aids, which he initally thought he wouldn't need & now wouldn't be without!. Would highly recommend

  The service is generally good and the product range fine but the website is very poor indeed and needs attention. It is not user friendly and appears not to welcome accessory buyers directing users to the appointment section first. Delivery of purchases is also slow and not well informed.
