  . A 5 star review for a 10 star experience! I popped in on the off chance on a Tuesday morning, and just by luck Natalie had a vacancy later on. And what a stroke of luck that was! She was lovely, so encouraging and helpful, and not trying to push me to buy anything, (although I did!). Her colleagues in general seemed very pleasant indeed, from the way they greeted me at Reception. Natalie gave me a great deal of confidence in applying everyday makeup that can make a great difference. I’m not sure that every morning I shall devote that much time to my face, but I tried it out at home yesterday and was very pleased. TIP: get your beautician to take Before and After photos, so you can see the difference. My difference was astounding! I cannot recommend HBeauty Charlotte Tilbury, and Natalie, more wholeheartedly.

  I popped to the Charlotte Tilbury counter in HBeauty Chester today on the off chance that I could have some make up ideas to upgrade my existing routine. Jen was very happy to oblige and we tried some of the existing and brand new products to create a new look. I was really happy with the result. Jen did an amazing job and has given me lots of hints and tips to try at home. I'll be back again to buy some of the new products. Thanks again Jen. x
