  Alex at Cheadle Hulme was so lovely. The whole process was relaxing, I felt informed and at ease throughout. She was knowledgeable and calm, my skin was dry and dull and she made me sparkle for my Gala ball. Will definitely be back!

  After having my make up done in preparation for my wedding, I left feeling beautiful and brand new. Alex gave me some amazing tips, picked out beautiful complimentary colours and I felt feeling confident and comfortable. Thank you so much!

  I came to Charlotte Tilbury as a make up novice. Minimal make up everyday but wanted to learn how to do it myself for my big wedding day and invest in some products at the same time. Alex was amazing, she was so welcoming and showed me how to apply the make up to suit my eye shape and get the look I want. She took the time to explain everything carefully and guided my to have a go myself so she could make sure my technique was down. I came back for a second mini masterclass and I feel more confident and beautiful already. Thank you Alex! I’ll definitely be back a third time 🥰

  Had my makeup done by the gorgeous Jocy and I’m not even exaggerating… I was OBSESSED 🤍 I went in looking very tired and a bit bedraggled 😅 and honestly a little nervous too, as I’ve had a dodgy experience before with another makeup brand. I’m not a big makeup girl, so the fear of looking too “done” was real. Being a bridesmaid, I just wanted soft, natural… with a little pop of colour — nothing OTT. Well… Jocy absolutely smashed it 👏 Not only is she lovely and so sweetly spoken, she’s also incredibly professional. She kept checking in with me the whole way through, making sure I was happy with everything, which made me feel so comfortable and in control. Also the hygiene standards of the stand were exceptional. I got SO many compliments on the day — I honestly felt gorgeous ✨ Not gonna lie… I’m ready to book her in for life at this point 💁🏼‍♀️🤍

  Just visited the Ceadle Manchester team at John Lewis. I met Alex there who gave me her guidance for the correct products after years of buying other brands and second guessing that has cost me a fortune. Alex was amazing and even helped with a personal undertone colour determination that will also help me now choose the right colour clothes to match my new make up look. Really pleased today. I will be going back for further purchases now Ive found the right products, colour and Alex. She was great. Thankyou Alex. Xxxx
