  Had the best experience. Went with my mum, who English is not her first language, and they made her feel welcome from the beginning. We got the 30min makeup done, and they listened to what we wanted and followed it to the tea which I appreciate. Will definitely go back! Thank you

So I decided to have an everyday makeup in John Lewis Milton Keynes. I was nervous before the session as I don't wear make-up but wanted a special look for my daughters wedding. I was made to feel welcome from the minute I arrived and the experience was completely relaxed and enjoyable. I had so many compliments it made my day. Paid for my make session by buying the fabulous skin care products used to prep my extremely dry skin plus some of the make they used. I'll be going back for a tutorial on how to maintain my new 'Charlotte' look

  I had such a lovely experience at the Charlotte Tilbury counter thanks to Shujeda, who was absolutely amazing. She was working completely on her own because three other staff members had called in sick, yet she still handled everything with such professionalism, warmth, and patience. Despite being clearly very busy, Shujeda took the time to help me properly, answer all my questions, and make me feel really welcome. Her attitude was so positive and she never made it seem like anything was too much trouble. It’s rare to see someone manage that level of pressure while still delivering such great customer service. Shujeda truly went above and beyond and made the whole experience enjoyable. Charlotte Tilbury is very lucky to have someone so dedicated and kind representing the brand. Thank you again for the amazing service!

  I was very impressed with foundation colour match close to my nature skin tone. Overall, very happy with the advice and tips shared by your consultant/manager Emma at John Lewis store in Milton Keynes; she was very approachable, attentive and professional. Very nice young lady. I have treated myself to the works so I am hoping I can replicate the technique and the finish shown by Emma.
