  Barely a 10 minute appointment. 5 minutes being tested (1 test). Got told that my hearing was perfectly fine and that I should check with my GP for an infection. Went to Specsavers the next day, 30 minute appointment with at least 15 minutes of testing (3 tests). I’m getting a hearing aid fitted next week… Don’t go here if you want a proper answer.

  My audiologist at Boots Broadmead in Bristol was fantastic but trying to get help subsequently from Boots audiology department when I had a tech issue has been frustrating. Unnoticed by me, the appointment they gave me to resolve the issue was at another branch - I didn’t notice the change in the email they sent but why would I? I’ve never been to Boots audiology department at Cribbs Causeway (it’s much further away from my home also) and naturally assumed that I’d be sent to Broadmead. You’d think that as a new customer they’d try and fit me in as an emergency but I wasn’t able to get to the only two alternative dates on offer. I wasn’t even offered a phone/Zoom option. It’s like they take your money and then can’t be bothered. Not happy
