  I booked for hearing and eye tests on 5th July 12:40, by a young lady -say lady1-(had long colored nails). Arrived to find no booking for hearing test. I insisted that the booking was made and luckly there was young lady (say lady2) who confirm my story. The supervisor (med length mid tall hair length)lady late 40 or early 50) came to tell me rudly; without any eye contact; there was no booking and apologizing for the mistake eventhough lady2 told her the name of lady1. A young man offered nicely an appointment @ 3pm. The young employees were wonderful, helpful and proffesional in dealing w customers. The young lady who did (afterwards) my hearing test was also nice and prof. I gave 3/3 stars for employees, 0/2 for the supervisor
