  Audiological Science are rubbish and rip off artists of the highest order. Their after sales service is dreadful at best and they fail to answer to contact or update me on. the progress of their promises, which they never keep. They charged me full price and when the hearing aids have never worked properly since day one they ignore my complaints. They should be avoided at all costs!!!

  My husband has had extremely bad service: I attended on Friday afternoon for a hearing test to be told the person was off sick. I was told that someone should have called me - they didn't! I turn up today , I am asked to sit and wait, then a woman approaches me, that has previously been chatting and tells me that I am late and she cannot see me. No apology, no people skills, unprofessional
