  Appalling after service. If something goes wrong with your (very expensive) hearing aids, expect to wait weeks, to get an appointment, have them sent off, and returned. Then after waiting weeks for the return, have numerous appointments cancelled at the last minute and the next one is weeks in the future. Employ more staff, or don't bother offering a service. Not fit for purpose.

  Had nothing but trouble with Boots. First appointment booked for October 9th to collect hearing aids, the night before received an email cancelling the appointment to 11th November ! Contacted head office, new appointment made for `Tuesday 16th at the Sutton Branch. That got changed to Wednesday 17th . Arrived to collect the hearing aids to be told the internet was down, and as paper work could not be signed, we could not have the hearing aids, but to pop back tomorrow(today )at 1.00pm to collect them. They Called us earlier, to be told don't come in , we will call you next week some time for you to collect them ! Called customer service to complain, Rebecca informs me she cant get through to complaints, so they will call me back maybe tomorrow. REALLY £2700 for hearing aids and this is the level of service we get , shocking .
