We rented from these guys twice while we was on holiday and visiting families. Honestly, the customer services were great from all the guys and the cars were excellent.
I had a great car rental experience with Nousheen. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From the booking stage to vehicle pickup and return, she ensured everything was smooth and hassle-free. Her clear communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience very pleasant. Hold on to my money for a few days
And cancel my booking due to issues with my license apparently . I have no points and everything is fine as far as I know. This should be checked before booking is confirmed and payment taken .

Booking and collection of the car was fine. Only issue I had was I felt as though I was given the soft, hard sell to take out the extra insurance. I did sign the contact but wonder if this happened because I was a female! I only drove the car for 36 miles before taking it back (very expensive trip to the zoo) early. I had also paid the £19.99 admin fee to refill the car with fuel (I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to find a garage) and felt pressured to make that decision quickly. I only used £7.80 worth of fuel. In collection of the car it showed that it had 285 miles in the tank and in return this had increased to over 300!!
Later in that night I received an email to say that the car had a stone chip on the bonnet that wasn’t there when I collected the car and also that the cars exterior was dirty! I was disappointed to say the least, I drove 36 miles and can honestly say that I did not see or hear a stone hitting the bonnet during my full journey. I also didn’t throw a stone at the car. These things happen to cars on a daily basis so I do not think it was fair to blame me. Also, the car was dirt inside and out on collection, it sits in an open air multi story car park in the centre of Birmingham, that’s why it was dirty!
I felt that because I was a woman I was pressured into taking out the extra insurance and the fuel admin fee, in this day and age no one should be made to feel like that.
I will never use this company again for car hire due to this and the cost £150 for a 36 mile trip (this one is on me as I signed the contract) which should only have been £90 before I felt pressured into taking out the extras.
Lesson learned and I will not be fooled again, I have also let my friends and family know not to use this company either.
This is a very big scam — please avoid this car rental place. You have to pay extra just to get insurance for driving their hired cars, which is completely unacceptable. Otherwise, you are held liable for the full value of the car.
This is the first time in my life I’ve heard of needing to pay extra for rental car insurance or face full liability for the vehicle. It’s utter nonsense.
The prices may seem cheaper at first, but you end up paying a lot more with hidden extra charges.
