  I had an absolutely excellent experience with the car rental company, and I would especially like to recognise Nousheen Khan for providing outstanding customer service throughout. Nousheen was incredibly professional, friendly, helpful and attentive from start to finish. She made the entire rental process straightforward and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring that all my questions were answered. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt valued as a customer. It is rare to receive such a high level of genuine customer care, and Nousheen’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. She made what could have been a complicated process feel simple and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the company based on my experience, and particularly commend Nousheen Khan for her exceptional service. She is a real credit to the company and deserves recognition for the excellent way she represents the business. Thank you, Nousheen, for making my car rental experience such a positive one!

  Asim was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional and helpful, and made the whole rental experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was happy with everything. Excellent customer service from Asim and a real credit to SIXT. I would definitely recommend him to anyone renting a car.

  Asim was very helpful in helping me choose the right vehicle, as I was initially unsure what I wanted. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. This was my first experience renting a vehicle, and it was a very positive experience from start to finish.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. Sixt has unfortunately lost a loyal customer. We have been renting cars with Sixt for the past three years, but today’s experience was very disappointing. Both employees we dealt with showed very little compassion and did not make any real effort to help us or resolve the situation. After being a regular customer for so long, I expected a much higher level of service and support. Sadly, I will not be renting a car from Sixt Birmingham City Centre again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an excellent experience with SIXT Car & Van Hire – Birmingham City Centre. I have rented with SIXT twice within the last two months, and on both occasions the service has been outstanding. The MINI Cooper I rented was a fantastic vehicle it was clean, well presented, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. The quality of the car added to an already positive rental experience. I would also like to recognise the team at this branch for their exceptional customer service. One of the team members who assisted me was an absolute legend. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but his professionalism, friendly approach, and willingness to help really stood out. He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and his customer service was a true reflection of the standards SIXT represents. The entire Birmingham City Centre team deserves credit for creating such a welcoming and professional experience. This level of service is exactly why I will continue to choose SIXT for future rentals. Linford demonstrated excellent customer service skills and made the inspection process feel smooth and reassuring. Both he and the staff on the desk are absolutely 🔥, and their ability to communicate clearly, their thorough approach, and their commitment to ensuring everything was handled correctly reflect the high standards that customers expect from SIXT. I am already looking forward to my next rental and will make sure to get the team member’s name next time so I can give him the recognition he deserves.
