  I went to this Boots to get a new glasses prescription. I tried and selected the frame and everything and I thought I would get a new frame. When I collected it I got a bent frame that doesn’t properly fit and very uncomfortable to wear. It looks like they gave me a displayed one. They tried to adjust it a few times but it never fit. I even took it back and tried to ask for a replacement and they refused to give it. What a waste of money. Go somewhere else for your prescription.

  Extraordinary service. Every single colleague checked I was okay and being serviced, whilst dealing with tricky customers with grace. I had a hearing test and the audiologist was so excellent and kind, so recommend it here!
