Dry Aged Beef ist ein Trend aus New York, den wir in Zürich perfektionieren. Im Haus reifen wir die Porterhouse-, Bone in Rib Eye und Club – Steak in 30, 60 oder 90 Tagen. Ein weiteres Special ist das Fleisch von Jungen Argentinischen Stieren (Rindsfilet – Entercôte – Rumpsteak), die sich ausschliesslich von saftigen und nährhaften Kräutern der argentinischen Pampas ernähren. Unsere Weine beziehen wir von erstklassigen Lieferanten aus Zürich und Importieren selbst Weine aus Argentinien.

Todo ello no sería posible sin el equipo de camareros que tienen, que es realmente bueno, muy amables y atentos. Lorenzo ha formado un equipo maravilloso. Por ello, lo recomiendo, voy todas las semanas con mi pareja porque es uno de los mejores restaurantes de Zúrich.
