  I’m convinced that try as you might, you’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere else in Zurich that is more reliably consistent in delivering such a well-balanced food & wine experience as we have always found over this past decade, happily returning here, as we always do when back in Zurich. And this evening was near perfect in almost every way. The comfort of the laid back but polished interior ( with its clever modern design elements) , is certainly something… but it’s that almost undefinable friendly professionalism delivering to table such fine food consistently that really wins the day! Of course à darned good cellar ( + great wines poured by the glass ) don’t go astray either -but in all fairness many other establishments have excellent wine cellars & by the glass service delivery also . No it’s the refinement of top quality ingredients managed with enormously high kitchen skills that always shines brightest for me . We shared their exquisitely fine noodles with really good summer truffles to start … I always love their classic Zürich veal w sauced mushrooms as my main …& my husband’s stunning liver main was almost reminiscent of a foie gras it was so tenderly rich & naturally sweet . Both accompanied by one of the town’s best Roesti, this combination is so delicious you cannot believe just how good everything is! And this happens every single time you come back ! And people most certainly do!!! Highly recommended. Quibbles ?.. I only wish the kitchen would always have at least one cooked green vegetable as a side . Alas no room for dessert- but I can only imagine how delicious they would taste! Best in show! Every time! Very Highly recommended.

  Zürich seyahatimin en özel akşam yemeği deneyimiydi hatta ilk akşam o kadar lezzetli bir geleneksel veal fillet ve rösti yedim ki (hayatımda yediğim en lezzetli yemeklerden biri olabilir) seyahatimin son gecesi bir kez daha gittim. İkinci akşam da çok basit ama muhteşem soslu balık ve apple pie deneme şansım oldu. Sofistike dekoru, şık servisi, çok ilgili ve nazik ekibiyle beni mest etti. Özellikle Antonello ve Allessandro misafir memnuniyeti konusunda müthiş iş çıkarıyorlar. Teşekkürler Kindli.

  Ein großes Dankeschön an Marco und Alessandro für die hervorragende Bedienung und den ausgezeichneten Service. Beide waren äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.
