«Muesch di schöne Salatchiste nöd immer so wiit hine verstecke Miggeli!» Pflegte der Grossvater Federico Guardia bei seiner täglichen Einkaustour beim Gemüselieferanten stets zu sagen. Zwar besuchen wir nicht mehr täglich unsere Lieferanten persönlich, doch die Qualitätsansprüche sind die gleichen geblieben. Gut ist noch lange nicht gut genug für unsere Gäste. Egal ob Gemüse, Fisch, Fleisch oder Vogel bei uns wird täglich bestellt und angeliefert. Entspricht ein Produkt nicht unseren Qualitätskriterien wird es retourniert. Unsere Lieferanten kennen wir alle persönlich und stellen an sie die höchsten Anforderungen. Das Wort «frisch» ist in unserem Hause kein dehnbarer Begriff sondern wird von uns so gelebt wie der Volksmund ihn versteht. Auch bei der Zubereitung unserer Speisen gehen wir keine Kompromisse ein. Steamer oder Mikrowelle suchen Sie in unserer Küche vergebens.

El restaurante Emilio destaca por su elegancia, por su calidad, por su profesionalidad y por sus valores entre otras cosas. Claro que se come y bebe excepcionalmente, pero eso pasa en varios otros sitios tambien. Lo que lo distingue es la calidad humana, los profesionales que estan cuidando del cliente en todo momento y lo hacen por devoción y con total naturalidad. Hoy le doy las gracias a todo el equipo del restaurante Emilio precisamente por eso, que ultimamente se esta perdiendo y somod nosotros los clientes los que a veces pecamos de más en criticar que en valorar cuando, como en este caso, se lo merecen de verdad. Gracias.

Das Poulet war saftig, perfekt gewürzt und alle Beilagen waren frisch und sehr lecker. Man merkt, dass hier auf Qualität geachtet wird. Klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
