My doctor referred me to IZZ, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly supportive and caring. I would especially like to thank Dr. Küttel, who, together with the rest of the staff, took excellent care of me throughout my treatment. This was particularly reassuring when I experienced a very rare allergic reaction at the start of my therapy. The doctors were highly experienced, professional, empathetic, and always took the time to address my concerns. Over the course of five years, I received monthly injections and had the opportunity to get to know the whole team well. Everyone was consistently friendly, kind, and welcoming, making each visit a positive experience. The therapy has significantly improved my summer allergies and has made a real difference in my life.
