  Beautiful store with a huge selection of jewelry materials! We made our own bracelet and keychain and received such kind and patient help throughout the whole process. Everything was explained and shown to us so well. The pricing is also very fair — you only pay for the materials you use. Such a lovely experience, highly recommended!

  Habe für meine Perlenkette einen passenden Anhänger gesucht. Dank der Hilfe des Personals habe ich einen gefunden, der aus meiner Kette einen echten Hingucker gemacht hat. Der Laden besticht durch eine riesige Auswahl von Perlen. Das Ambiente ist so angenehm, dass man problemlos einen ganzen Nachmittag im Laden verbringen könnte.

  Geduldiges und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Wir konnten unsere Ketten und Armbändli zusammenstellen und waren fast etwas überfordert mit dieser grossen Auswahl. Kann ich als Aktivität sehr empfehlen!

  Extremely overpriced and i was cheated over the price. Went here recently. The working woman was nice and knew english, also helped me find beads in the preferred colour. Apparently, they had it only in the back where you cannot possibly see it. Two stars for that only. Everything else is just a disaster… everything is extremely overpriced. For cheap acrylic Czech little beads i was charged 20 chf. They charge by one bead! I needed a lot of it, and i asked if it is possible to sell the beads by weight, but it wasn’t. Counting every item nobody would do…so didn’t the worker. then something weird happened, she went to the scale, divided my beads into 4 and came back with the price of 20chf. This is insane. It was no more than 1.5 grams of beads…. These beads cost in Eastern Europe. It’s Preciosa beads and it costs in stores 5g for 50cents. Even if it is another beads with another country origin it is still +- the same price. in the end i was charged about 10 chf, and i went home and understood that it couldn’t be 10…it was 8 max……… I am extremely confused and disappointed. Never going back. Shame on that store. I saw the store responding to reviews like “we need these prices to survive”. This is not an excuse to charge that much and fool me over… And still, even if you are “not the chain or online store and you cannot be compared to foreign prices” it is not relevant. 2/3 of thing that are sold in the store are not from switzerland, it’s from foreign countries. So not an excuse either.
