Jahrhundert werden also in unserem Hause Gäste beherbergt.

trying my best to write this in english.
it should have 0 stars. this is directly towards the owner.
what happened to me was crazy. during my check out, i pointed out various issues in the room. not having the AC is one of the firsts. no lil fridge and with this heat, the flush wasn't working, the sink in the morning was leaking. i was politely saying this at the employee at front desk, while the owner appeared. the day before she was welcoming, after my 'complaints' she started to be rude. she was very defiant. i politely said that for this price (almost 200€) this is not a proper service. she started being defensive 'these are the prices in switzerland' with an angry face, she made a gesture with her arm, pointing me the exit. just to say 'that is the exit go away'. i answered her that nobody treats me like dirt. she went bonkers. she came at me face to face, some crazy things you don't expect from the so call swiss, she acted like she came out of a freakin movie or something, saying me face to face 'i am the owner' and i answered back that i am a customer, i pay to be here and have a normal service and i was being polite saying this in her face before leaving, people could just make a later review and that's it. she then went all crazy again and i had to lower myself at her lever just to respect me as a person. this was on another level, i would have never expected something like this to happen to me today or ever. she had to protect and respect her customers, her guests. i bet if i were a man, she would have never dared to do it. she isn't even smart cause she doesn't respects her own money. my hard working money, became her money. so she despises her own livelihood. what else to say, you will never know what could happen in your life, but surely karma exists, we all know what is it and how it acts. this place deserve her own karma.

Avoid this dump. We paid over $300/night to stay here. It is located above a number of restaurants with outdoor service, so the noise level till midnight is awful. The rooms have no air conditioning (there was a 95 degree heat wave), so we needed to keep the windows open to get air circulation which made the exterior noise level higher. There are holes in the walls. The maid service neglected to supply towels and there is no phone to the front desk, so I had to chase down towels myself. With a heat wave in Switzerland, I requested water to fill our water bottles. The host told me to get water from the fountain in the street.
