Jahrhundert werden also in unserem Hause Gäste beherbergt.
Amazing location for visiting Zurich, especially for a short time. Old but cute hotel, and very clean. If you are looking for quiet, this is not your place as it’s in the middle of the happening restaurants and bars.

I am extremely unhappy with my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The older gentleman on shift during the day was extremely rude and came across as discriminatory in his behaviour, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. In contrast, the younger staff member working the night shift was kind and helpful, which we did appreciate.
People are staying at your hotel from all parts of the world, the least the staff can do is be warm & welcoming.
We were also not informed in advance that the lift was out of service. Had we known, we would have cancelled our booking. Instead, we were given a room on the third floor and had to carry our luggage up multiple flights of stairs with no assistance.
The room itself did not meet expectations and overall the stay was far below what we anticipated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
