  Mir wurde bei meiner Anmeldung am Empfang gesagt, dass mein Termin bei Frau Dr. Semm nicht stattfindet und sie die nächsten 2 Wochen abwesend sei. Keine der Empfangsdamen hatte sich dafür bei mir entschuldigt oder mir eine entsprechende Lösung angeboten. Ihre Erklärung war lediglich, dass meine Telefonnummer oder Email nicht notiert wurde und man mich nicht erreichen konnte. Mit mir als schwangere Patientinnen so umzugehen, die sich organisieren musste mit Babysitterin etc ist das eine absolute Frechheit. Ihr schreibt gross und in rot auf eurer Webseite, dass Termine die nicht innerhalb von 24h abgesagt werdet verrechnet werden. Kann ich euch nun auch meinen Aufwand in Rechnung stellen? Ich habe jetzt natürlich eine andere Gynäkologin gesucht.

  Ich gebe dieser Klinik 0 Sterne. Wenn Ihnen Ihre Zeit wichtig ist und Sie einen respektvollen Umgang schätzen – wählen Sie eine andere Klinik! Ich musste persönlich vorbeikommen, um meine Untersuchungsergebnisse abzuholen, da es unmöglich ist, die Klinik telefonisch zu erreichen – man hört immer nur die automatische Ansage „Bitte rufen Sie später noch einmal an“. Auch Online-Terminvereinbarungen werden ignoriert. Lesen Sie die Bewertungen sorgfältig durch, bevor Sie sich für diese Klinik entscheiden.

  Dr Semm ist die beste Ärztin die ich bis jetzt gehabt habe!!! Sie ist sehr kompetent und unglaublich menschlich und freundlich. Ich bin sehr froh das ich Sie gefunden habe 🐞🌞

  Avoid at all cost!! DANGEROUS NEGLIGENCE – Missed Ectopic Pregnancy & Medical Misinformation I started my pregnancy journey with this doctor and it has been full of wrongdoings from the very start! First of all, I went to her 3 months before planning to start trying for pregnancy. She didn't even suggest folic acid, I had to ask her for it. She ran blood tests but never actually followed up with the results. I rang a few times but never got to talk to her about the results. I had vitamin D defficiency and high TSH. Next time I went, I asked her what I should do and she just shrugged and went like "yeah, maybe take some vitamin D". Then, the results also said that I had no immunity to measels, rubeola and so on. I hadn't even received those result by email and only found out much later. I had to take a MMR vaccine to be safe and it delayed our timeline by 3 more months! Then, once I had a positive pregnancy test, I went to see her because I also had some spotting. She was gaslighting and dismissive. She initially was like "maybe your tests are wrong and you aren't pregnant, you're just getting your period". I was, in fact pregnant. And most doctors should know that false negatives at 4 weeks are much much more common than false positives. Then she told me to call her if anything was wrong but never actually picked up the phone - not even when I was more heavily bleeding and worried about an ectopic. When I asked her if it could potentially be an ectopic, because we couldn't see the pregnancy on the ultrasound. She said it can't be because my uterine lining was thick. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE INFORMATION. I was later diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy and had to have surgery. Thankfully, I was fed up with her and went to a different doctor who was kind, patient, empathetic. EVERYTHING DR SEMM WAS NOT. (She even told me I should be happy my body is getting rid of the bad embryos for me. Yes, I should indeed be happy that my first ever pregnancy and everything I had hoped for ended in a miscarriage....) The new doctor diagnosed my ectopic pregnancy. When I told her what dr Semm had told me and how it can't be ectopic, my new doctor said "I'm really sorry a doctor can give you such false information, this is absolutely not true". I thank God every day I switched to another doctor and got a second opinion and was able to save my tube. Had it been for dr Semm, maybe I would have bled internally to death or lost my tube. Not to mention, I had to wait between 1-2 hours every time even though I had an appointment! Complete disrespect for the patients time!!

  - Telefonisch im letzten Jahr nicht erreichbar - man soll einen Termin bei einer Ärztin kostenpflichtig über die Webseite buchen um koordinatorische Nachfragen zu laufenden Untersuchungen zu stellen. - unpassende medikamentöse Behandlung: wissenschaftlich wirksames Medikament wird nicht verschrieben dafür wird ein anderes Medikament über die Praxis verkauft, welches weniger wirksam ist. - Krankenkassen anerkanntes Medikament wird auch auf Nachfrage nicht verschrieben, dafür anderes Medikament über die Praxis verkauft. - Krankenakte erst auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen mit Nachdruck über 6 Wochen erhalten.
