Bikram Yoga makes you happy. Bikram Yoga makes you calm. After 3 months of practicing, the stiffness in my neck disappeared, my skin is no longer dry as it was before, I feel that I have more energy. As for the internal changes, all the clutter of thoughts I've always had is gone, there is peace and serenity and I sleep much better 😊 The coaches are great, they motivate me to push my limits, for which I am grateful. My favorite yoga studio and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Die Hitze bei Euch find ich echt super 🔥 Kam an meine Grenzen.. i love it! Auch das Studio fand ich cool eingerichtet, es war sauber und gute Stimmung! Wenn ich wieder mal in tsöri bin komme ich gerne wieder bei Euch praktizieren 🙏🏼
