Meine Mutter kochte in Peru immer nur mit frischen Zutaten. Sie sagte, es gibt nichts Vitaleres als eine ausgewogene Küche. Heute weiss ich, dass unser Essen ein wichtiger Teil in unserem Leben ausmacht. Wir verbinden es mit Geschmack, Zusammensein mit Familie und Freunde, sowie Kultur und Erlebnis. Mit dem Superfood «Sacha Inchik» kämpfte ich schon früh mit viel Erfolg gegen die Allergien meines Sohns. So gründete ich BergOlio, um dieses wunderbare Produkt der Welt bekannt zu machen. Viele Kunden wünschten sich noch mehr Produkte und so entstand eine ganze Reihe von eigenen peruanischen Produkten, die Du nun alle bei uns im Shop finden und erwerben kannst. Du kannst Bergolio Produkten bei Alnatura, Globus, Jelmoli oder Bioladen kaufen

Every dish was beautifully presented, full of authentic Peruvian flavors, and prepared with great care. You can immediately tell that only high-quality ingredients are used. The freshness of the products and the attention to detail in every recipe make each bite a delight. What impressed me even more was the exceptional value for money. Considering the quality of the food, the generous portions, and the excellent service, the prices are unbeatable for Zurich. It is rare to find a restaurant that delivers such a high standard while remaining so affordable. If you are looking for authentic Peruvian cuisine, excellent service, outstanding product quality, and fair prices, Alegria is a place you should not miss.
