Nel 2018 nell’ Est della Svizzera più precisamente a Sirnach nel Canton Turgovia vede la luce A Modo Mio, Ristorante che propone piatti tipici della cucina italiana trattando materie prime di qualità.
La vera intuizione fu quella della Pinsa Romana, prodotto sconosciuto in quasi tutta la Svizzera.
Dal successo ottenuto nella Svizzera dell’Est, Francesco vuole proporre questa specialità anche nel Canton Zurigo.
Ecco così che nasce la seconda attività A Modo Mio - Pinseria.
