Das Benevita Gynmastikstudio wurde 2010 von Gabriela Campisi übernommen. In einem abwechslungsreichen Programm möchte ich Leute zum Bewegen motivieren. So schaffen wir im Gruppensport gemeinsam etwas für die Gesundheit und für das eigene Wohlbefinden zu erreichen. Mein Studio ist auf das Training des gesamten Körpers ausgerichtet. So halten Sie Ihr Herz und den Kreislauf in Schwung und stärken Ihren Rücken oder andere Körperpartien. Meine Kunden schätzen besonders, dass die Trainings jede Woche abwechseln, die Atmosphäre locker und lustig daherkommt und sich die Lektionen deshalb kurzweilig gestalten. Ich freue mich über Eure Anmeldung!
