Man hatte das Gefühl, dass sie keine Ahnung von Autos hat und trotzdem arrogant auftritt. Auf Fragen wurde genervt reagiert, und man fühlte sich überhaupt nicht ernst genommen. Kundenfreundlichkeit scheint hier leider ein Fremdwort zu sein. Ich würde definitiv niemandem empfehlen, dort hinzugehen.
