  Overall a good stay. Good Location - Quite near to the airport, you can see the airplanes hanger right from the hotel. For local public transport also, it is quite convenient - near to "Rümlang" train station, hardly 500 m from the hotel / 7 min walk. Rümlang is about 4 stops from Zurich Hb. The area has several grocery superstores, a Subway, a McD etc - 5 min walk. Rooms - Decent room size. Grateful that it doesn't have transparent washroom window ! Rooms cleaned once in two days. Air conditioning is good ( unlike several European hotels). Chair, table and short stool available for easy juggling of luggage. Breakfast - Special consideration for vegans / Indian tourists. Decent breakfast, you can see boiled potatoes, rajma / beens, salad / fruits which serves the purpose. Non veg options, boiled egg, scrambled eggs were also available. Hospitality - cheerful and helpful reception staff. Mr. Ram deserves a special mention ( restaurant manager) - he is very helpful and proactive. Makes one feel at ease. Around 7 CHF per night as tax was also charged, as per rules.

  Ideally located near the airport, which is an approximately 8min drive away. Rumlang train station is about a 6 min walk away. We stayed for just a day and enjoyed a tiny but decent room. It was a bit tight for the 4 of us but the bed and the sofa cum bed were both very comfortable and we were well rested the next day. The AC though wasn't working efficiently and we were extremely hot. The staff was very helpful with a smile and tried to fix the situation and offered us a different room as well but the AC issue was throughout all the rooms and we declined. A very clean hotel with a great breakfast spread. The breads were fresh and yummy. The rest of the menu was very good. The fried rice were a surprising item which I enjoyed . Over all a great stay. Looking forward to staying with them again.

  Good location and facilities, but disappointing cleanliness and value for money.The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the Rümlang S-Bahn station. The breakfast was good, the room was quiet thanks to the effective soundproofing, and the air conditioning worked well throughout my stay. Parking was charged additionally. The room did not have a refrigerator and no slippers were provided. The cleanliness was below expectations; after I accidentally left a blood stain on the pillow due to a nosebleed, the room was not cleaned.

  Ce que je n'ai pas aimé: le prix du parking extérieur non inclus dans le prix de la chambre 😡! Pour une nuit j'ai dû payer 24 francs suisses, c'est indécent😡😡😡!!! Et ils ont récemment abaissé le prix qui auparavant était de 32. Un bon établissement, propre, sans autre. Qualité du buffet du petit déjeuner et du restaurant convenable. On m'a réveillée à l'heure désirée contrairement à d'autres établissements alentour où j'ai payé beaucoup plus cher pour une nuit et où le téléphone n'a pas sonné. Le bâtiment est bien isolé: la ligne de train passe juste devant et depuis ma chambre je n'ai rien entendu. Pas de quoi s'étonner qu'il soit si vide. La petite bouteille d'eau prise au distributeur de boissons mla coûté 5 francs. Aucun personnel ne parle l'allemand. Pourtant nous nous trouvons bien en zone germanophone.

  Overall, our stay was great. Had a couple of issues with lack of amenities at the hotel, and the manager was willing to work with us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast every morning was great. We were even able to make sandwich sandwiches to bring for lunch. They have a lot of variety and options of food to eat. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful with booking train tickets and giving us direction on things to do. You can also walk up the street to some of the local restaurants about 10 or 15 minutes up the road and they were filled with locals and had great food. Unfortunately, the rooms don’t have mini fridges. Also there’s no gym pool or any other amenities here since this is a Holiday in express so keep that in mind. More towards those staying the night as opposed to multiple. Zürich is a pricey place so we chose something near the airport to try to get the cost down for our hotel so this worked for our needs. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. They have a shuttle that makes it easy to get to and from the airport and your pick up from the airport is free.
