I called NR Garage as they were the closest auto repair shop. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and then they came and diagnosed the issue in ten minutes. By 6p I had two brand new tires on the car for a totally reasonable price (by Swiss standards) and they didn't even bill me for the tow to the garage. Danke!
- MMMarcutti MarcoFeb 24, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heute Abend hatte ich eine Autopanne – bei meinem Mercedes hatte der hintere rechte Reifen seitlich ein kleines Loch, wodurch sehr schnell Luft verloren ging. In dieser stressigen Situation habe ich in Horgen verzweifelt nach einer Garage gesucht, die mir kurzfristig helfen kann. Die NR Garage GmbH hat sich telefonisch sofort Zeit genommen, mich ruhig beraten und mir Mut gemacht, noch vorsichtig mit dem letzten Luftdruck vorbeizukommen. Obwohl es bereits gegen Feierabend war, haben sie sich meinem Problem angenommen und sogar Überzeit gemacht. Der Inhaber, Herr Naim Rrafshi, hat sich persönlich eingeschaltet, und gemeinsam mit seinem Mitarbeiter wurde absolut professionell und lösungsorientiert gehandelt. Der Reifen wurde provisorisch repariert, damit ich sicher nach Hause fahren konnte. Die Mitarbeitenden waren extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – sowohl am Telefon als auch vor Ort. Man hat wirklich gespürt, dass hier Menschlichkeit und Kundendienst noch grossgeschrieben werden. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass man mir dafür nicht einmal eine Rechnung stellen wollte. Eine solche Grosszügigkeit ist heute nicht selbstverständlich. Selbstverständlich habe ich gerne etwas in die Kaffeekasse gegeben.
