YogaMassage Gesundheits- und Sport-Hypnose
Seit über 25 Jahren lerne und lehre ich Yoga vom tiefsten Herzen. Diese Praxis, diese Art zu Leben, hat mir viel Freude, Ausgeglichenheit und Neugier für das Leben gegeben. Es hat mich in allen Lebensbereichen unterstützt und mich bei meiner wichtigsten Aufgabe in diesem Leben geholfen - Mutter zu meinen drei wunderschönen Kindern.
Ich bin als international ausgebildete Yoga Lehrerin bei der Yoga Alliance anerkannt (E-RYT 500) sowie als ausgebildetete Yoga Therapeutin beim Schweizerischen Yoga Verband. (anerkannt von der Krankenkasse)
Ich bin Mitgründerin von YogaTopia, eine wunderschöne Yoga Oase auf dem Herrliberg mit Aussicht auf den Zürisee. Zusätzlich zu meiner Arbeit in YogaTopia, bin ich Ausbildnerin von angehenden Yoga LehrerInnen in verschiedenen Studios in der Schweiz.

Danke! Claire versteht es auf eine sehr natürliche und zugängliche Art und Weise, ihr grosses Yoga-Wissen in Bezug auf die richtige Ausrichtung in den Asanas oder auch die Ausführung von Pranayamas und Kriyas weiterzugeben und lässt auch immer wieder Gedanken aus der Philosophie und dem eigenen Leben in ihre Stunden miteinfliessen. Kurz gesagt - es hat immer etwas für Körper, Geist und Seele mit dabei.
